"Customer success is really about being a partner, not just a vendor."

What I do for banks

Amy spends most of her time on the phone with clients — understanding their goals, working through challenges, and making sure they're actually seeing value from Lumio, not just using it. On the internal side, she's looking at renewals, figuring out where the team can improve, and staying ahead of what clients need next.

She's spent 20 years in banking business intelligence — first at Bankers Dashboard, then at S&P Global on the SNL Banker product. When SNL Banker was sunset, she landed at Lumio, where the work has stayed the same at its core: client relationships. It's a role she's grown into more fully here, with training and implementation work on the horizon.

A few human things

What's the hardest part of your job that nobody sees?

Renewals look simple from the outside — the contract's up, get it re-signed. But underneath that, Amy's constantly reading the health of the relationship: are they using the system, are they seeing value, are we meeting expectations? Sometimes that means a great conversation. Sometimes it means a hard one.

Tell us about a moment at Lumio where you thought, this actually matters.

It's the lightbulb moment — when a client realizes their data can actually drive a better decision. Those moments remind her it's not just software or dashboards. There are real people on the other side of that information, making calls that affect their business and their employees.
