As Chief Product Officer at Lumio, he led product strategy and platform development that helped banks unlock actionable insights. Previously, he founded and scaled multiple BI and analytics ventures, driving growth through innovative offerings. Jeff’s career also spans key roles at Jack Henry ProfitStars, Fiserv, Capital Bank, Southern Community Bank & Trust, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and KPMG—where he consistently built solutions that improved operational performance and customer outcomes.

Jeff is passionate about harnessing data to make banking more transparent and customer-centric. He thrives on collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys mentoring emerging analytics professionals and stays active in industry forums.
