Edward Vincent, CFA

A veteran fintech operator and strategist with 25+ years leading SaaS, services, and analytics teams across insurance, capital markets, and compliance.

Ed Vincent has rich experience leading financial technologySaaS organizations in the risk, insurance, capital markets, investment banking, private equity, and compliance segments. Ed’s journey includes incubating businesses through to exits to both strategic and financial buyers. When not in the office, Ed is typically found in an ice rink.

Prior to joining Lumio, Ed’s held c-suite roles within fintech, regtech and insurtech businesses, including at StarCompliance, Shore Group Associates, Thomson Financial, and Vertafore. Ed is a CFA charterholder, Certified ScrumMaster and Product Owner, and served as a Member of the Advisory Board for Edgeware Analytics.

Ed holds an MBA from both the Columbia Business School and the London Business School. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology, with both a BSE, dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management, from the Wharton School, and a BAS, concentration in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics, from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Ed also hosts the Banking on Data Podcast, a weekly show that explores the fields of risk, data management, and banking.
